• Our total liability shall never exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the product in question.

5. Chargebacks & Fraud

We actively dispute fraudulent chargebacks. Submitting false claims (e.g., claiming “item not received” when tracking shows delivered) is considered friendly fraud and may result in order blacklisting and potential legal action.

6. Shipping Risk

The risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation provided by the shipping carrier.
