Refund and Returns Policy

Joryne Ltd operates using international fulfillment partners. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Shipping & Delivery

• All shipping times are estimates. International shipping typically takes 7–25 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
• Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or global logistics disruptions are outside our control.
• Buyer Protection: However, to ensure your peace of mind, if your order is not delivered within 45 business days from the date of dispatch, you are entitled to a full refund.

2. Order Cancellation

• Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun (typically within 12 hours of purchase).
• Once an order has been shipped and a tracking number is generated, it cannot be canceled.

3. Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
• We are not responsible for returns lost in transit; we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery, accompanied by clear photo or video proof.
• Upon review, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at our discretion.

5. Non-Returnable Situations

We do not issue refunds for:

• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
• Unclaimed, abandoned, or refused packages at customs or delivery.
• Minor color or appearance variations due to screen display differences.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10–14 business days after the returned item is inspected or the claim is approved.
